  • Marketing your property through all advertising channels deemed effective in property marketing. This may include, press, internet and property portal advertising.
  • Introducing a suitable tenant for the property.
  • Taking up a status reference (but not including any charges for Company Investigation should these be requested) and forwarding to you for approval.
  • Negotiate the terms of the tenancy between yourself and the tenant.
  • Collecting the deposit payable by the tenant against dilapidation’s in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
  • Collection of Rent including contacting tenants with appropriate letters if rent is late.
  • Monthly rental statements.
  • A yearly summery (free of charge) made up to 5th April annually to assist you with your taxation affairs.
  • Regular interim inspections at the property with report & photographs.
  • 24 hour telephone line for tenants to report any maintenance issues.
  • Organizing all maintenance issues using our dedicated team of specialists (or if you prefer us to use your contacts).


Services included in our Rent Collection Only Package:

  • Marketing your property through all advertising channels deemed effective in property marketing. This may include, press, internet and property portal advertising.
  • Introducing a suitable tenant for the property.
  • Taking up a status reference (but not including any charges for Company Investigation should these be requested) and forwarding to you for approval.
  • Negotiate the terms of the tenancy between yourself and the tenant.
  • Collecting the deposit payable by the tenant against dilapidations in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
  • Collection of Rent including chasing tenants with appropriate letters if rent is late.
  • Monthly rental statements.
  • A yearly summery (free of charge) made up to 5th April annually to assist you with your taxation affairs.


Services included in our standard Let Only Package:

  • Marketing your property through all advertising channels deemed effective in property marketing. This may include, press, internet and property portal advertising.
  • Introducing a suitable tenant for the property.
  • Taking up a status reference (but not including any charges for Company Investigation should these be requested) and forwarding to you for approval.
  • Negotiate the terms of the tenancy between yourself and the tenant.
  • Collecting the deposit payable by the tenant against reparations in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
